How to Apply:
The first step towards applying to the indigo cadet pilot program is to fill out an online application form. The application will require some basic information about you and your experience in aviation.
Upon successful completion of your application, you will be contacted by CAE to schedule an interview at their Gurgaon assessment centre. During your assessment, you will be asked to answer a number of questions that will assess your knowledge and skill set in aviation.
You will then be invited to participate in a written test and a pilot aptitude test. Both tests will help to assess your knowledge of the aviation industry and determine whether you have the skills and attributes necessary to succeed in a professional pilot position.
How to Get Selected:
Once you are selected to take part in the indigo cadet pilot program, you will be sent to one of the seven ab-initio Flight Training Organisations (FTO). These FTOs have been carefully chosen by Indigo and have years of experience training young pilots.
